Publish spam, deceptive content, or manipulate platform algorithms artificially.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload content containing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
If a third-party network (e.g., TikTok or Meta) flags your account for violating their rules, or if we determine your content violates these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your ScheduleX account without notice.
5. API Limitations and Uptime ScheduleX relies on the APIs of third-party social media networks. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime for these networks. If a platform (like TikTok or Instagram) experiences an outage, changes its API rules, or temporarily restricts your account, ScheduleX is not liable for failed posts or delays.
6. Intellectual Property The ScheduleX platform, including its original code, design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital reputation, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the Service.
API changes, downtimes, or restrictions imposed by third-party social media platforms.
Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Subscription and Refunds Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
